Welcome to my website!
I am an applied public policy researcher with interests primarily in labor economics and public finance. I quantitatively examine how labor market reforms and socioeconomic shocks affect the performance and dynamics of workers and firms, often using quasi-experimental designs. Secondly, I investigate how tax reforms shape philanthropic behavior. My work has been published in National Tax Journal, Demography, and Contemporary Economic Policy.
I joined Purdue University’s Department of Agricultural Economics as an Assistant Professor in August 2023. I received my Ph.D. in Public Affairs from Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Prior to my doctoral program, I completed a M.S. in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
